GOD SPEAKS
Stuart Bailey has art directed and designed not 1 but 2 National PSA billboard campaigns funded by OAAA The Outdoor Advertising Association of America. Both campaigns written by Charlie Robb. This campaign "God Speaks" had 10k media placed billboards in over 200 cities for over a decade. The all solid black covered billboards displaying single line quotes from God had a placement life that exceeded well over 10 years. Charlie Robb headlines from this campaign were published into a small paper back book titled God Speaks. It was published in American and later in Italy. The campaign was used for well over a decade and was one of the longest running PSA campaigns in history just behind the well known Smokey Bear campaign.





RECESSION 101 BILLBOARDS
After a 10 year run from its original launch, the campaign God Speaks, was leaving its majority of locations across America. Due to it's success OAAA President Nancy Fletcher got her executive board to approve a 2nd PSA campaign. Charlie had Stuart design a second campaign which was titled "Recession 101". The campaign was placed across the US in over 200 cities. The donors financed a 45ft tall digital display in Times Square NY. The design of a giant spiral bonded notebook pad with copy to uplift the mood of America, had a price tag of $85,000 per month for 1 single Times Square display . This was Stuarts first placed board in Times Square not to mention the highest priced lease ever paid for one his boards.
